The pans are heat tolerant up to 450 F, with no peeling or blistering at high temperatures. Made from carbon steel, they are also aluminum-free. The food slides off easily, and the silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick coating is free of cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS, and PFAS.

Use and Care Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. For cleaning, cool completely before washing. Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleansers or liquid dish washing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.
